Kristin Westberg

Kristin joined the RTC team in 2010, and it is safe to say that she has since fallen in love with this company, its staff, and its authors. In many ways, she has watched them grow up and has faced many challenges herself along the way that have guided her into the role of Mama Bear and Director of Operations that she fulfills today.

Kristin has contributed to many areas of the company using her multi-tasking and project management skills to support the RTC staff, and facilitate the mission of the RTC authors. Oh, and she can execute just about any task. Just ask.

Prior to joining the Table, Kristin taught middle school English and Writing for nine years. She holds a Bachelors degree in Human and Organizational Development and a Masters degree in Educational Administration (both from Vanderbilt University), and a second Masters degree in Youth Development Leadership from Clemson University. Kristin is able to apply this knowledge in a very specialized way here at RTC, working to design curriculums, and create workbooks and other teaching tools to expand the reach of our authors’ messages.

This mama requires minimal sleep, enjoys expressing her creativity as a cookie artist, and loves to cheer on the Vanderbilt Commodores. She and her husband Joe live in St. Augustine, Florida with their three children- two girls, Kelsey and Kirby, and a sweet baby boy, Grice.
