Emotional Scaling: A Guide for Parents and Children

Many children with disabilities struggle with emotional understanding, expression, and self-regulation. Parents and kids can complete emotional scaling exercises together in order to learn more about the child’s specific emotional experiences and build in coping and support strategies that can be helpful at home.
