By day, Rebecca Thomas is a marketing manager in the world of Miami commercial real estate. By night, she’s a writer, graphic designer, yoga enthusiast, wine-lover and overall dreamer. (Sounds a little bit like a superhero, doesn’t it? Saving the world through creativity and innovation one freelance project at a time!)

Rebecca’s love of the written word began when she was a child, and she could often be found writing up short stories and poems to entertain her family and friends, some of which were even brought to life through skits and dinnertime performances (complete with encores). Her passion for storytelling led to a 10-year career in print journalism: she was an entertainment reporter and a sports editor covering topics ranging from pop music and culture to sporting events and theme parks for newspapers like the Orlando Sentinel, Florida Today and the Miami Herald.

As someone who is consistently and deeply touched by the world around her, Rebecca is an enthusiastic and empathetic listener who gains great fulfillment from bringing personal journeys to life through loving narrative. When she is not exchanging stories or gathering information for future stories (a rare occasion), Rebecca can be found lying in a hammock with a good book in her hands or planning her next traveling adventure.
