Paragon Community Services
For almost 30 years, Paragon Community Services has been providing adult day services as well as disability day services for children of all ages. During that time our goal has remained steadfast—to provide greater independence and improve the lives of the people we serve. We strive to maximize personal growth, self-esteem, and happiness in every program participant.
Our participants appreciate the comfortable, home-like atmosphere of our various locations, as well as the wealth of activities, community outings and socialization. Families and guardians appreciate the safe and protective settings that Paragon provides for their loved ones.
Paragon serves youth and young adults, ages 8-21 in our Paragon Activity Club (PAC), a program which focuses on personal growth through fun activities, events, outings, and social interaction.
Paragon also serves adults, age 18 and older, with:

- Brain Injuries
- Physical Disabilities
- Mental Illness
- Alzheimer’s
- Dementia
- Other Significant Medical and Behavioral Support Needs
We’re confident we have a program to suit your schedule, lifestyle, and unique needs, with many options to choose from. We also provide assistance and support with health and personal care needs as required.
